Garden Girl

Summer days are to be spend outside, aren’t they?

These pictures are from last weekend when we spent a day in my mother’s garden, picking redcurrants and raspberries and enjoying the blooming flowers. The little one helped us picking berries and enjoyed it a lot to discover all the fascinating things in the garden; flowers, sand, stones, bees and bugs.

About my outfit there is not too much to stay – the blouse is an old one from my mother and the shorts are probably ten years old or even older. I was just looking for something comfy for the garden. Yet, I could not resist to add some earrings 😉

Do you have a garden? Where do you like to spend these days of Summer? I would love to know!

Yuuum! I absolutely love summer fruit…like cherries 🙂 This is one of the reasons why I love being vegan. You can eat delicious fruit all day long.

    Cute top and earrings <3

Love your mom’s garden! My mom has slowly been growing some plants and trees in hers and I’m hoping that the grow soon so I can hang out there. And love the simple and casual outfit with a touch of glam through those earrings! 😀

There is nothing better than the garden during Summer! actually we also spent our time in the garden last week:) My parents in law have a beautiful garden with a lot of fruit and nut trees, herbs and other wonderful things. They dont really have the time to take care for it though, but still its gonna be a lot to pick during the season. I cant wait for their organic apples, plums, nuts and also dog-rose, which I will pick to make my own dried tea. I also want to pick there some black elderberry and make this healthy juice out of it. My parents have an allotment, and they love to work there in their free time – last Monady we went there to pick some cherries. We got the biggest bucket of cherries and for the last couple days I was using them in juices, homemeade ice creams and other delicious things. We eat them all the time now, cos its so many of them this year. I also put some of them in the jars, for a Winter time. We still have to decide where and when will we go for holiday, what about you? Any travel? Have a wonderful weekend, hugs:)))

Aah the simple pleasures of life. I miss my childhood. You are so lucky. I am afraid I don’t remember doing this with my daughter. We did more crazy stuff like playing in the mud. My dad has a terrace garden where he grows every vegetable know to mankind. That is fun . I send my daughter there to experience it.
You look Charming as usual. Love to Nila.

There’s nothing better than food from the garden! I always love picking raspberries from my grandma’s garden in the summer.
