Vegan Brunch

I love lentils

I really love to cook with lentils…  A few years ago I had pasta at least twice a week. Today it’s lentils. Banana- White Wine- Curry

Do you cook with bananas sometimes?  For this curry you have to cut an onion into small pieces and fry it together with two mashed bananas. Add a lot of curry into the mashed bananas and fry for maybe two minutes.  You then add veggies of your choice and cook everything in 2 cups of white wine. Cook it until the veggies are soft and the wine is gone and then just add some joghurt that you mixed with fresh parsley.…
