Finally, spring arrived for real here in Germany and I am slowly getting into loose pants, oversized tshirts and one of my absolute staple for spring: my little blazer collection. So here we go today with a first real spring look of mine, a rather classical spring look, with some wide pants, a linen shirt and a TEN year old blazer (can you believe that?).
The linen shirt is from the German fair fashion company Funktionsschnitt and it most definetly is one of my favorite shirts. The linen fabric makes it fall so nicely and I love the loose fit. My blazer is 10 years old. No joke. And it still is one of my favorites. I take very good care of my clothes so that I can enjoy a piece like this one for a long time. The pants are from Lands End and I got them back in 2013 when I lived in the US. I like the quality from Lands End a lot and even though it is not a fair fashion brand, I somehow like the company; because they make a lot of classical clothes that are lasting a lifetime and they somehow promote slow fashion through this.
So what else is there to say about this outfit? Oh right, the accessoires. So I found those shoes second hand. They have only be worn ones before I got them so I was totally fine with buying them second hand. I am sure you will see them on the blog a lot this seaon. Especially as they go so well with my nine to five belt which I wear almost every day of the week.
My backpack is from Matt and Nat and still is my favorite backpack ever. I got it as a surprise gift from a friend of mine and I will forever love her for that 😀
I hope you are all having a nice weekend so far!? I am all into making sweets for Easter today. I already made some Bounty-Monsters for my daughter and nephews (who will spend Easter with us), some white chocolate with mulberries and dried raspberries, some chocolate coated raisins, mulberries and raspberries… and I have a lot more on my list. I will make a post about a few of my favorite sweets for Easter (or any other day of the year) by the beginning of next week so that you will be able to make a few treats for yourself too 🙂
